breach of contract alleged Pi«m Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, March 19. Another action has been begun against Squadron-leader , Kingston! Smith and Flight-lieutenant Him, on this occasion hy Henry Hitchcock, who is claiming £I,OOO for alleged breach of contract. Mr Hitchcock contends that it was agreed that he should assist in gathering funds for the Pacific flight, and should accompany the fivers, but be waived his right on the understanding that he should be paid £I,OOO on the completion of the flight. Tho defendants deny indebtedness, and the case is proceeding.
