THE EXPERTS’ COMMITTEE (British Official Wirelees.) frees Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, March 38. (Received March 19, at 11 a.m.) lu the House of Commons, Sir Austen Chamberlain stated, in reply to % question, that pending the completion of the work of the Experts Committee, ivhieh was studying the problem of German reparations, it was not thought that any useful purpose would bo served by a further discussion regarding the withdrawal of the Allied troops from the Rhineland.
