Two rinks were, required to lorm a State team, and the New Zealand represent a the* would be selected from those who expressed a desire to take part. —It was resolved to ask for the names of any Dunedin players who would like to take part iu the Fiji tournament. Air J. Jiaigh, one of the managers of the Dnncdin team which had just returned from flic visit to Central Otago, gave a detailed account ol the trip*. Ho said that everywhere the Dunedin men had received the greatest hospitality, and everything possible iiad been done by the Central Otago men to make the visitors comlortable. As a result the travellers had thoroughly enjoyed themselves. It was reported that the Fairfield and St. Clair Clubs had missed their engagement in the intcrelub competition. If they had played, ami Fairfield had won. the latter would occupy second place in the shield competition, —The opinion seemed to be that tlio game should be. played if possible, and it was decided to communicate with the clubs' concerned to flint effect. Arrangements for the coming Easter tournament wore considered, and it was resolved that a meeting of the whole committee be held next Saturday night to settle tlie final details. The arrangements for the match next Saturday against Waikouaiti and Sene'l iff clubs were loft to the selectors. The meeting also spent considerable time discussing details nl the champion rink contest, to bo held on Otago Club Green next Saturday.
