SALES ON 'CHANGE' THIS HAY. Wellington.—" Reported sale: Wellington Meat Export (ord.), 12s 6d. LONDON PRODUCE MARKET. The Bunk of New Zealand has received the following advice from its London Oflicc as at the close of business last week: — week : Butter: "Weak; 170 sto 172 s per cwt. Cheese: Weak; white, 85s per cwt; coloured, 80s. Erozen_ meat: The market for wethers, is weaker for heavy-weights, but light-weights remain steady. For ewes the market is short of supplies, and prices are nominal. The lamb market is affected by heavy supplies from New Zealand,' but the demand is steadily improving owing to lower prices. Beef; The market is firm. Wethers: Light 6|d to 7-Jd per lb. heavy 4Jd to old. Ewes, 4Jd to 5 Id. Lambs, Twos, 9.j;d to 9Jd; eights, 9fd to 93d; fours, 9|d to 9|d; seconds, B|d to 9£-d.
