LIEUTEKAKT-COLOHEL RUTHERFORD Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, January 31. (Received February 1, at 12.15 p.m.) Lieutenant-colonel Norman Rutherford has been released from Broadmoor Asylum. It is understood that he has left the country. He was tried in 1919 for the murder of Major Seton of the Australian Medical Corps and found guilty but insane.—Australian Press Association.
