Quo of the most prominent of the Ziegfelcl Follies showgirls, a glorious Titiim-liaired beauty, went the other night to a parly whose hostess prided herself vastly on her social exclusiveness. The good lady found the Ziegicld girl leaning up against a statue bored stiff, and, thinking to put her at her ease, said; “My dear, youlook like some old Rembrandt.” “ Well,’ drawled the beauty. “ I guess yon don’t look so Gliad-damned snappy yourself!” “You’re a married man, old chap; why don’t yon go home sometimes in 'lm evening?” “ Well, the fact is 1 hate going back to au empty house.”-
