Jug attended by Mr Forsyth Barr as best man, and 'Messrs Fraser Edmond and Mark Hanan as groomsmen. Messrs .1. Laicllaw and A. Douglas acted as ushers. The bride, who caino ui) ho aisle on the arm of her father, made a beautiful picture in her soft white satin gown, cut on Juliet lines, and her real old Limerick lace veil, lent by Miss Dowuio Stewart. A long tulle train and a sheaf of Madonna lilies helped to form an unusually charming bridal attire. Three bridesmaids attended, Miss Marjorie Statham, Miss Helen Vaughan (sister of the bridegroom) Miss Marjorie Blomiiold, all of whom wore embroidered taffeta of pale yellow, lime, and shell pink respectively. Their largo Baker straw hats of deep ivory shade werc_ touched with colours to tone with their frocks. Mrs Barr, attended by Mr Stewart Annitage, wore an elegant gown of soqnined black georgette, with a gold-lined satin coat, her hat being of soft blue. Mrs Vaughan chose a model gown of blue crepe satin with a cloak of floral lame, and a black hat of Baker straw. On behalf of the bride each guest was presented with a charming little memento of the happy gathering. A reception was later held at the bride’s homo, after which the bride and bridegroom left for the south, tho bride’s travelling costume being of saxc crcpo do dime, with a blue coat and blue Baker straw hat.
