TOUCHY OVER WORLD WAR Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN, December 20. (Received December 21, at 9.5 a.m.) Tho German National Party is introducing a Bill in the Reichstag rendering any foreigner living in Germany liable to at least three months’ imprisonment and expulsion if he assorts, either orally or in writing, that Germany deliberately caused the world war. Any German found similarly guilty is liable to the same imprisonment and loss of civil rights. The Bill is not likely to pass.—Australian P.A.United Service.
