ST. CLAIR IMPROVEMENTS. .
TO Till! EDITOR. Sir, —The new pavilion at St. Clair is certainly a great boon to the bathing public, but surely funds: would permit of a couple of mirrors being provided in the dressing sheds. Another necessity is a clock facing the sands, and I would suggest either the pavilion tower or the (esplanade ns a suitable position for one.—l am, etc,, , Time, Please. December 20.
