GOVERNMENT'S RELIEF PLAN SUPPLEMENTARY ESTLMAXES. (British Official Wireless.) press Association—ByTelegraph—Cjp.iri;ht. RUGBY, December 19. (Received December 20, at noon.) The Supplementary Estimate' which willbe presented to the House of Commens to-da.T in order to carry out the plan for helping to relievo the_ distress in the mining areas, amounts in all to £295,625, which is made up as follows: Grant in aid of Lord Mayor’s fund, £150,000; relief in the distressed mining areas in Scotland, £20,625 • and unemployment relief work in the Royal parks” and pleasure gardens, £20,000.
