Ronaldson, who has retired from the position of manager of the National Bank of New Zealand in Christchurch, was met by the Clients of tho bank and presented with a mahogany desk and a wallet containing a cheque for £3OO. Air Ronaldson joined tho service at Afilton. Later he was moved to Dunedin, and in 1898 was appointed manager at Invercargill.
