NEW SOUTH WALES POLITICS
FORMATION OF HEW PARTY RUMOURED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, November 2G. (Received November 26, at 10.40 a.xn.) It was rumoured during the weekend that plans are being prepared lor the formation of a new political party in New South Wales, comprising certain Nationalists who are dissatisfied with the present conditions in that party and moderate members of the Labour Party. While the rumour is denied by parliamentarians, it persists; but a strong obstacle to the formation of a new political organisation is the matter of finance, and it would need to be particularly virile to withstand the combined opposition of three parties at present in the field—the Nationalist, Country, and Labour tralian Press Association.
