NEW YORK, November 24. The Washington correspondent of the ‘ New York Times ’ states that fifteen Republican Senators who had breakfasted with President Coolidge to-day carried away the impression that the President appears to bo inclined to make another effort to bring the United States into membership of the "World Court. ~i.i The President discussed the legislative programme with them, and they learned that Mr Coolidge was anxious to round out his Presidential career with a ratification of the_ Kellogg Pacf, the enactment of the Fifteen-cruiser Bill, and an arrangement with the Powers signatory to the World Court Protocol whereby the obstacle to American adherence offered by the Senate’s reservations would be overcome. It was apparent •to certain of the Senatorial guests that to bring this Government into the World Courts membership was a matter dear to the President’s heart.
