ÜBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that tho Dunedin Drainage and crage Board, at a Special Meeting con. ;d for tho purpose, and held on Wcdlav, the 31st day of October, 1928, icd the following Resolution by way of dal Order —viz.: — Pursuant to tin: provisions of “ The luiicdiu District Drainage and Sewerage ct, 1900," and its Amendments, the ► unediu Drainage and Sewerage Board ereby resolves, so that this resolution lay be confirmed at a subsequent mcetig of the Board and operate as a Special irder in terms of Section 21 of the aforend Act, as follows—that is to say: 1. That the said Board hereby resolves 3 raise a Loan of £90,000 (ninety thouind pounds), being the final instalment of sum of £250,000 for which the Board blained statutory authority to borrow i terms of " Tho Dunedin District Irainage and Sewerage Amendment Act, 925,” a first instalment of £100)000 and second instalment of £60,000 having .■■■a previously raised. 2. That a sinking fund of One Pound SI) per centum per annum on the mount of the said loan be established in onncction with the same, and that the mount of such sinking fund bo paid to lie Sinking Fund Commissioners to be apointed for that purpose on the 30th day f March in each and every year during he currency of such loans, being a period f 14 years or until the loan is fully paid ff of which sinking fund the first payrent shall be made on the 30th day of larch, 1930, 5.
