TO WED MILLIONAIRE
GIRL SWIMMER’S ROMANCE. A romance involving a Liverpool girl ami the son of a millionaire banker who met during a world's pleasure cruise, on which one was a swimming instructress and the other a holiday maker, ended in wedding bolls at Blundcllsands, a few weeks ago. The young couple were Mbs Dorothy Lucas, of Bbindollsands, who was engaged as swimming instructress on the Canard liner Franconia, during her world's cruke from New York with the. cream of wealthy Americans from January to June last, and Mr Francis L. Higgmson, the twenty-three-year-old ton of the well-known Boston banker of the same name, who was a passenger on the tour.
A friendship sprang up between them, and Mr Higginsou afterwards' went to Liverpool in tho Ounarder, on which his romance commenced, to marry Miss Lucas.
