Commander Byrd lias decided that tho stealer Eleanor Bolling shall call at Dunedin lirst, and she is expected to arrive there on Saturday. One of tho novelties of the expedition will bo the nso of bottles filled with aniline dye, dropped on the snow. They will break and leave a large red patch as a guide to the aeroplane. Smoke bombs will also be employed for this purpose.
