MISSING WOMAN FOUND IN GAOL Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, SYDNEY, November 14. (Received November 14, at 10.40 a.m.) Tho woman reported 'yesterday as missing from her home in Paddington was discovered in tho Long Bay Gaol. She had stolen a few trifling articles of clothing for her children. On Friday night she was arrested, and was so ashamed' that she would not give her correct name or any address. She could have had her sentence suspended if she had given her name and address and entered a bond, but she declined to do so, and had to go to gaol. The police, noticing a similarity m the description of tire missing woman and tho prisoner, investigated and cleared the matter up. Friends immediately came to Iho woman’s assistance, and provided the bond. She was released, and rejoined her family.—Australian Press Association.
