The Commonwealth electoral author! ties have launched a prosecution against the ‘Sim’ Newspaper, Ltd., Sydney, charging it with publishing an unsigned article commenting on a candidal!©—namely, Mr Bruce, the Prime Minister—on October 12. The case has been adjourned until Tuesday next.
