The ‘ Manchester Guardian,’ in commenting on tho announcement that feir Edward Grigg, Governor of Konya Colony, and Sir Donald Cameron, Governor of Tanganyika, have been summoned to England to consult Mr Amery upon the report of the Hilton _ Young Commission, says that a decision wil shortly be made concerning the future of East Africa, which will involve no less a question than whether the Empire will pursue in these dependencies a policy of bringing greater prosperity and happier relationship or one involving an increase of racial hatred, paralysing conflicts, economic unrest, and general distrust among the other Powers of British good faith.—Australian Press Association.
