AMERICAN MOTHERS' TIME OF TRIAL

Tho following special letter to New Zealand is written by Mrs T. F. du-Pont-Bayard, wild of tho distinguished United States Senator, the Hon. T. F. llayard:— Bohemia Manor, Chesapeake City, Maryland. I think that Prohibition has done and is doing, this country a vast amount of harm. Young people who never thougth of taking strong liquor when wine and beer were used now think nothing of using strong cocktails. I hope sincerely that in a short time tho American people will demand the repeal of this Eighteenth Amendment, and I sincerely hope that no such time of trial as wo have and aro still going through will bo visited on New Zealand. Very truly yours, (Signed) MUZA BETH duPONT-BAYA B D (Mrs T. F.). Keep out that disastrous farce called Prohibition. Vote Continuance. (Published by Arrangement,)
