RIFLE SHOOTING
The Kaitaugata Rifle Club fired the final stage of the first competition, Lee Cup, on Saturday. With one exception, the shooting was not particularly good, the strong right wind and changing light beating all the others at one or the other range, but Brown seemed to like the conditions, scoring 33 at 300yds and 32 at 600yds, and finishing 5 points ahead of any of the rest ott the rifle. Frazer The tic between M'Crostie ami Litto provided a keen shoot off in bad conditions, M’Crostie’s counting shoots read 4,3, 5.4, while Kitto’s read 3,4,5,2.
