DIVORCE COURT
WIFE'S APPLICATION GRANTED In the Supreme Court tliis morning Kate Tree applied to. His Honour Jvlv Justice MacGregor for a divorce on the ground of a Reparation order which had been in force for over three years. Mr A. C. Hanlon appeared for tae petitioner, and Mr (j. J. L. 'White lor the respondent. Petitioner staff'd in evidence that she was married in '.DUS. There were three children. The parties lived at various places, and finally at Tahakopn, where, owing to her husband’s conduct, she obtained a separation order in 192.1. She had not since lived with her husband. and had worked to maintain her family. ' Mr White said he wished to be heard at a later on the question, or custody. _ - After hearing corroborative, end ;ace His Honour made a decree nisi, to bo moved absolute after the expiration ot three calendar months. . Interim custody of the children was granted to the*petitioner, and costs on th® lowest scale were granted against the respondent.
