Tho Town Hall bell will be gently rung for two minutes prior to 11 a.m. to give warning of the approach of the hour. Upon the Town Hall clock striking the hour all motion in the streets, vehicular and pedestrian, to be suspended for two minutes of silence. Citizens in a position to do so are requested to fly flags on the day, and to display them at the mast until 10.30 a.m., then lower (hem to half-mast until noon, when they should again be displayed from the truck.
