MR WALSH'S SUIT INJUNCTION GRANTED. Pmi Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, October 29. Mr Tom Walsh’s suit in the Equity Court for an injunction against Jacob Johnson restraining him from interfering in the performance of his duties as secretary of the Seamen’s Union of Australia resulted in an order to that effect being made to-day. Mr Justice Longinnes declared that Walsh hud been properly elected, and he directed that he he given possession of the books and documents and warned any members who attempted to thwart the order of the court that they would be dealt with for contempt of court. Johnson is a present undergoing imprisonment.
