As the outcome of the widespread criticism of the system whereby motor driving licenses are issued to deaf, blind, and epileptics indiscriminately, the London County Council is finally considering whether a test of physical fitness should bo imposed. _ Several recent accidents are responsible for this belated action. Il is pointed out that every country in Europe, with the exception of England and Greece, imposes medical driving tests.—Australian Press Association,
