DUST STORM ENCOUNTERED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, October 10. Tho schooner Margaret W. has arrived from Gisborne. Captain Wachiin reports that tho schooner had a stormy passage of sixteen days, and 400 miles off the Australian coast she encountered a dust storm, tho visibility being less than a mile in the day time while tho dust lasted.
