The Standing Committee under tho Merchandise Marks Act recommended, subject-to four to six months’ notice, tiie issue of an Order in Council prohibiting the importation and sale of foreign eggs unless each egg is durably marked with the name of the country of origin.—Australian Press Associa-tion-United Service.
