A woman owner of a tiny car held up the traffic while she questioned a policeman. When she tried to start something went wrong, and the drivers of a long lino of cars, and buses behind got impatient. Eventually the policeman took a piece of string out of his pocket and said; “Here, miss, tie it up and drag it home.”
