Mr Callum, tho American representative, declares that in face of the fact that Tikleii wrote about tbe Wimbledon championships- in- which he competed, and so flagrantly broke the American rules, nothing else could be done.
Therefore. Hunter and Hennessy will play in the singles and Hennessy and Lott in the doubles. .
Tildon says: “ I refute the charges. All 1 wrote about Wimbledon was comment, and not reports. I consider that the articles have been deliberately mis-represented.”-—Australian Press Association.
