(Received July, 20 at 11 a.m.) Air Leo Myers, trustee for the late Sir Arthur Myers’s estate, has bought for tho Auckland Art Gallery four pictures for a total of over £2,00(1. Tiiev include a portrait study by Mr Augustus John. The purchases were made in association with Sir James Parr and Mr Barr, director of the Auckland gallery.— Australian Press Association.
