Tho 'Law Journal' expresses the opinion that tho verdict of the coroner's jury in tho Pace case was given without jurisdiction, and could bo quashed by legal process, and Mrs Pace, as the party aggrieved, is entitled to a writ certiorari.—Australian Press Association.
