PURSUANT to the provisions of Section 3 of By-law No. 19 (1927) of the City of Dunedin, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that tho Dunedin City Council, at a Meeting of the said Council held on tho 13th day of June, 1928, passed the following Resolution prohibiting vehicles from standing in Maclaggan street, between Rattray and Clarke streets, for a longer period than 15 minutes conlinuously at any one lime. viz.— “That in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of tho Dunedin City By-law No. 19. 1927, the Dunedin City Council hereby resolves that no vehicle of any description shall be allowed to remain, either attended or unattended, for a period longer than 15 minutes continuously at any one time, exclusive of the time occupied in taking up or setting down goods or passengers, in that portion of that street in the City of Dunedin known as Maclaggan street, lying between the Rattray street ■ and Clarke street junctions, as such portion of the said street is more particularly shown by a black colour on a plan deposited in the office of the Traffic Inspector, Town Hall, Dunedin.’’ G.
