RESIGNATION ACCEPTED. At a special meeting of the Auckland Football Association’s Management Committee the lesignation of the Thistle Club from all competitions was accepted. Tho dispute arose over the suspension of Kay, a senior grade Thistle player. Mr A. Menzies. chairman of the association, said the Thistle Club had given trouble on two previous occasions and had not noted in the best spirit of sportsmanship.
