RETURNS FOR MAY Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, June 13. (Received Juno 14, at 10.10 a.m.) The Board of Trade returns for May show that tho import increased by £3,023,000, and the exports decreased by £4,721,000, and the re-exports decreased by £529,000. Tho princapal increases wore.—lmports: Raw cotton, £2,189,000; raw wool, £2,606,000. The decreases wore.—lmports: Rubber, £1,570,000. Exports: Coal, £907,000; iron and steel and manufactures thereof, £1,220,000; and cotton yarns and manufactures thereof, £2,523,000. —Australian Press Association.
