** Argument.”— The Rt. Hon. R. J. Seddoß died at sea on the Oswestry Grange at 6.3® p.m. on June 10, 1906, aged sixty-one. He had been to Australia, and in Sydney haft negotiated a reciprocal treaty with the Commonwealth. The Oswestry Grange was onJjf 140 miles out from Sydney Heads en ■ route to Wellington when Mr Seddon collapsed, and she returned to Sydney.
