DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE There were not so many quotation* tor banking shares this morning. Bank of New Zealand* were wanted at £3 Os 6d, with no sellers under £3 Is (cum dividend of Is 6 2-sd). National Banks were in demand at £7 ss, with no sellers. There was a buyer of Standard Insurances at £3 2* 6d, without a selling quotation. For Goldsborough Morts. buyers were offering £3 without a seller. This company has declared a dividend of 2s, making an interim dividend of 15 per cent, for the full year. For National Mortgages buyers offered 17s Gd, with uo sellers under 17s 9d. New Zealand Refrigerating shares (paid) were inclined to bo easier, with buyers at 17s 9d and sellers at ISs 3d. Dominion Rubbers advanced to buyers at £1 9s, with no sellers under £1 12s 6d. After a sale of Mount Lyells at £1 13s 9d, there wero buyers of , a further parcel at £1 1.3 s Bd, with no sellers under £1 14s. There was a close market for Electrolytic Zincs. For the preference issue buyers were prepared to give £1 13s, with no seller under £1 I3s 3d. Tbo only sellers in the Government Loan section were for 1953 5J- per cent. S.S. Bonds, at £IOO 10s, buyers offering £IOO 2s Gd, and 1953 51 per cent. S.S. Inscribed at £IOO ss, Salo on ’Change.—Mount Lvell, £1 13a 9d
