Tho Riga correspondent of ‘Tho Times ’ states that tho Soviet has decided to reinstate Zinovicff, Karaeneff, PjatakolT, and a few others immediately. Their term of probation will expire at tho cud of Juno. Ziunvieif and Kamcneff must reside at Kaluga, but they can spend much time in Moscow. Trotsky, who is in good health, is still at Vycrnvi. NaumofF, Safaroff, Vardin, and ‘Vucobiteh will bo reinstated only when they have fully recanted.— ‘Times’ Cable.
