(Received April 13, at 9.35 a.m.) Preparations have been made to receive the German fliers at Mitchell Field. All military and flying activities will bo suspended as soon as the Bremen is sighted off the coast, and the entire contingent of 500 men at the field will be assigned duties in connection with its landing. A large crowd is expected to gather. Major Reynolds (commandant of the field) will take the airmen to his home it they are successful. The weather reports are variable. Washington and Halifax are unfavorable, and St. Johns (Newfoundland) favorable.—Australian Press Association.
