THE BEAUTY OF CHILDREN. LONDON, April 2. Because a Press photographer placed two small children among the crocuses in Hyde Park in order to take a child study with an appropriate background, a policewoman summoned him for damaging a flower bed. Th magistrate said: “It is gratifying to see these beautiful pictures in the newspapers. The children’s little feet did no harm.” The case was dismissed.
