LOSS OF THE CHUKY
SURVIVORS ARRIVE AT HEW YORK
TOKIO, February 17,
Twenty-one survivors of the tanker Chuky have arrived at Yokohama. They tell the. story of the steamer exploding and sinking on Wednesday, TOO miles from the entrance of Tokio Bay. Captain Hermes, three oflicers, and ten of the crew were lost. The engineers wore saved by a lifeboat after being for twenty-nine hours adrift.
