ARRANGEMENT WITH CANADA

OTTAWA, January 31. (Received February 1, at 1,5 p.m.) The Prime Minister announced in Parliament to-day that a representative of the British Government is coming to Ottawa following conversations with Mr Amery. Mr Mackenzie King added that "the appointment lay naturally with the British Government.
