(Received February 1, at 10 a.m.) Senator La Follette introduced a resolution in the Senate eonclemiung third presidential terms as being “unwise and unpatriotic, and fraught nidi perils to our tree institutions.’ He announced that ho had been informed that a new movement was afoot to draft Mr Coolidgo for rc-eloction. Mr La Follette declared that Mr Charles Hides (vice-chairman of the Republican Committee) and Mr A. IV. Mellon (Secretary to tho Treasury) were working in close co-operation m an endeavor to obtain the snpjKirt of uninstructed delegations irom many States for Air Coolidgo’s nomination.
