WASHINGTON, January 31
(Received February 1, at 10 a.m.) Tho Shipping Board has deterred action on Commissioner Teller's proposal to end Swaync and Hoyle’s operation of the Amcrican-Australia Orient Line. It is believed that the board will continue the Swavne-Hoyte contract until the line is sold. Bids f<»r its purchase will be opened here on February 10. [The Shipping Commissioner recently presented to the United States Shipping Board a resolution to terminate the provisional contract under which Swayne and Hoyte have been operating the Amorica-Australia Orient Lino. The Commissioner proposed that the line should be returned to the Emergency Fleet Corporation for operation until it is sold to private interests.]
