I Received February 1, at 9 a.m.) The railway officials and mounted nolice state that the wreck of Mr Cosgrave’s train at Limoges (Ontario) was due to an accident. _ One train passed over the switch, which the President’s train jumped forty-five minutes later. The fears of a plot have been disnellecl, but the guard has been increased.
