DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. Milburn Lime mid Cements were turned over on 'Change this morning at £1 12* 6d. I Buyers predominated in the banking. Motion, which generally was very firm. National Insurances were sought at 15* Id, with the nearest seller quoting 15s 7d. New Zealand Insurances were on offer without response at £2 19s. A buyer came on the market for P. and 0, Deferred' Stock at £235, but sellers stood off at £250. A seller’s price for Kaii.angata Coals was 2s 6d discount, and Wcstports were quoted at £1 lie 9d and £1 12s for buyers and sellers respectively. Dalgotys were wanted at £ls 14s 6d, with a seller declaring himself willing to quit at £l3 18s. Canterbury Meats were in demand at £8 ss, but no seller was disclosed. Buyers and sellers were fairly evenly divided in the miscellaneous section. The Milburn Lime ordinary issue had a buyer offering £1 12s 3d, but in spite of (he fact that the majority of sellers held oft’ at £1 12s 9d a sale was effected ot £1 12s 6d. Four of the brewery stocks were on offer, but no buyers came forward. Big Beach and Upper Nevis shares were also put on the selling market in vain. Sale on 'Change.—Milburn Lime, £1 12* 6d.
