SESSIONS COMMENCE NEXT WEEK The quarterly sessions of the Supreme Court at Dunedin will commence ou Tuesday of next week, before His Honor Mr Justice Sim. Following is the list of criminal and divorce cases:— PRISONERS FOR SENTENCE. Charles Alexander Moore, theft from a dwelling. Ivan Walter William Hanning, breaking, entering, and theft by night. OASES FOR TRIAL. John M'Kean, alleged breaking, entering, and theft by night. George Thomas Burgess, alleged indecent assault. George Alexander Mason, alleged breaking, entering, and theft. William M'Kinnel, alleged assault, thereby causing actual bodily harm, John Miller, two charges of alleged indecent assault upon females. DIVORCE. Margaret Love King (petitioner) v. James Edwin King (respondent), petition for divorce on ground of desertion. Patrick Alexander Green (petitioner) v. Alary Elizabeth Green (respondent), petition for divorce on the ground of desertion. Herbert Edmund Davidson (petitioner) v. Ada Jane Davidson (respondent) and Thomas Flintoff (co-respon-dent), petition for divorce on the ground of misconduct.
