M'lntyrc, £J os, balance of account; John M Tvoeliy, liquidator of Dunedin-Wanaka Motors, Ltd., v. Archibald Campbell (W niton), £d 7s (id, accommodation charges; Watkins and Neilsoii, Ltd., v. Horace Wilsen. £9 3s 3d, clothing supplied; Mrs E. M. Squire v. John Jeffrey, £ll 18s, rent and damage to property; U. M. Brown v. 'Alexander Wilson M'Karlane (Ifinlield), sheep fanner, last week succeeded in a. claim lor the .return ot furniture held -by his cx-wifo, Mary 'Vllcwvn Parkcs M'Farlanc. rhe parties had been divorced. An order was then made for the delivery ot the goods within a week. , , , Mr A. C. Hanlon said the goods had not been returned, and he accordingly n;kcd for an order. Mr W. In Moore (lor defendant) said that, as frequently happened in such cases, his client would not listen to him last week, and she had not implied' to his telegram urging her to consent to the order. In making on order lor the return of the articles, the Magistrate said that it might bring defendant to hei Se Mr S Hanlon asked that only nominal damages for retention be made, so that he could apply for a warrant.
