The JJope of Dunedin Lodge of the International Order of Good Templars held its weekly meeting on Wednesday last, Bro. S. H. Chapman, cheif templar, presiding. Three new members were initiated. The new syllabus for next quarter was presented by the Good of the Lodge Committee, and adopted. A committee consisting of Sisters Mrs South, sen., and Mrs Anthony, an 1 Bros. South, sen., Gore, and the Chief Templar, was appointed to arrange the mock banquet on February 8. The election of officers for next quarter resulted as follows;—C.T., Bro. S. H. Chapman; V.T., Bro. Clarrie' South; secretary, Bro. Williams; fin. sec., Sist r Burgess; treas., Bro. Gore; chaplain, Sister Kay; marshal, Sister Mrs ' Anthony. D. marshal, Sister Douglas; guard, Bro. Booth; sentinel, Bro. Churchill; S.J.W., Sister Mrs South, sen.j P.C.T., Bro. Charles South; pianists, Sisters Burgess and Stroud. The nominations for lodge deputy and electoral deputy were left over until next meeting. The secretary presented his quarterly report, whicli showed a gratifying iucreasa ic membership.
