(Received January 30, at 1 p.m.) A Los Angeles message states that Hickman’s attorney has confirmed the report thta Hickman will deny killing Marian Parker, and will repudiate the former confession to the police. _ If he is found sane at the present trial the defence will ask for a reversal of the decision on the ground that the defendant is now insane.
