FATAL COLLISION
TWO MOTOR CYCLISTS KILLED [Per United Press Association.] HAMILTON, January 301 A fatal collision occurred at about 1.0 o’clock last evening on the Te Poi-Okoroiro road between motor cycles ridden by Norman Edwin Castleton, aged eighteen, and John Henry Thomas Harry Woodburn Young, aged nineteen, a cheesemaker, employed at the To Poi factory. Both riders died of their injuries. Young was riding towards Te Poi, and Castleton was proceeding to Patetero from Te Poi, when the accident occurred. No one witnessed the impact. Help was not long in coining and both men were conveyed to the Waikato Hosptal. Young died before the institution was reached, and Castleton succumbed this morning. Both men were single. Young was the son of Airs Geoffrey Young, of Rukuhia, and Castleton tho son of Mr Louis Castleton, a farmer of Patetere.
